Out of Range

One of my passions is photography. I am a huge fan of this form of artistry and expression.  I love the talent, creativity, composition, whimsicalness (new word), timing, and luck involved...I love the memories.

A while back I had the pleasure of meeting a local photographer by the name of Julie Soefer...she photographed Collaborative Projects for an article that Houston Modern Luxury had done on our commercial projects.  Julie has quite the portfolio...she has done not only locally based work with people like Yao Ming, Elaine Turner, and David Adickes, she has done work for Texas Monthly, The Wall Street Journal, and recognize this?

This Friday is the opening reception for her first solo exhibition, Out of Range...at the Barbara Davis Gallery.  This exhibit runs from June 10 - July 2.  I hope I get to swing by sometime soon to check this out!
